We are situated opposite one of Victoria's cleanest, sandy beach in Tootgarook.

The motel consists of 12 ground floor units all with ensuites and reverse cycle airconditioning.

Outside is a relaxing garden area with playground equipment for the children. Adjacent to the solar heated pool is a BBQ area complete with hot plates.

We have a fully furnished Function Room so guests can sit in comfort or play snooker, cook, watch video/DVD and watch Foxtel which is connected.

Rosebud House

This is situated adjacent to Rosebud Motel. The house is a fully furnished 3 bedroom house.

There is a spa bath and shower in the 2nd bathroom and a BBQ in the lockable backyard.
